All boxes are made with REAL WOOD. The boxes are NOT sealed with any type of varnish. Please take caution around moisture and liquids. They have been known to warp the wood. If you were to stain or paint your box with any type of finish, It can not be replaced for a new one.

If your stones do not fit i.e  the holes for size ss10 is smaller than your vendors ss10 (Meaning the stone are not falling through) Please contact me and I will make you a new compartment. You will just need to send me 5 of your stones to ensure the stone will work. I can NOT make you a new compartment without your stones to ensure the will work.. All rhinestone sizes have a +/- of 0.2. So it might be that your stones are different sizes that is keeping it from not working. Once the new compartment is complete. You will just have to pay for the return shipping of ($10). Warranty is ONLY VALID for 30 days after delivery. If an issue occurs after the warranty period ends a charge of $7 per compartment plus tax and shipping is ensue. 

If your sorter system arrives damaged in any way please send me an message or DIRECT MESSAGE me on Facebook or Instagram at Laser Assassin also with a picture of the damages with in 3 business days for a replacement of any damaged compartments.
