Warranty
If your stones do not fit i.e the holes for size ss10 is smaller than your vendors ss10 (Meaning the stone are not falling through) Please contact me and I will make you a new compartment. You will just need to send me 5 of your stones to ensure the stone will work. I can NOT make you a new compartment without your stones to ensure the will work.. All rhinestone sizes have a +/- of 0.2. So it might be that your stones are different sizes that is keeping it from not working. Once the new compartment is complete. You will just have to pay for the return shipping of ($10). Warranty is ONLY VALID for 30 days after delivery. If an issue occurs after the warranty period ends a charge of $7 per compartment plus tax and shipping is ensue.
Damages and issues
If your sorter system arrives damaged in any way please send me a message under the contact me section. please include picture of the damages within 3 business days of receiving for a replacement of any damaged compartments FREE of charge. Any damages or issues after the 3 business day period will be charged a replacement fee of $7 per compartment plus tax and shipping.
Refunds
Unfortunately, We do Not offer any Refunds. All Items, Deposits and Travel Fees are FINAL and NON-Refundable
